AI Interpret ("we", "us") helps you translate speech in real time. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data: email, subscription status and plan.
- Usage stats: minutes used, rooms created, listener counts (for billing and abuse prevention).
- Audio: audio is processed only to provide transcription/translation/voice output. We do not sell your audio.
- Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, error logs, and WebSocket connection metadata.
How we use data
- Provide translation, improve reliability, prevent abuse and fraud.
- Billing and subscription management (Stripe).
Data retention
- Operational logs and usage stats may be retained for security and billing reconciliation.
- Room data expires automatically.
Third-party processors
- Speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers are used to deliver the service.
- Stripe is used for payments and billing portal.
